Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comment forms, but also the visitor's IP address and browser user agent string to help us detect spam.
An anonymized string (also called a hash) created from your email addresses can be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you use it. The privacy policy of the Gravatar service is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After your comment is approved, your profile picture is publicly visible next to your comment.
Mediate
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images that have embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Website visitors can download and extract all location data from images on the site.

If you leave a message on our site, you can choose to save your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience, so you don't have to fill them in again when you leave another message. These cookies will be valid for one year.

TIMIȘOARA TRIATLON SRL does not send newsletter emails to third parties, therefore we do not ask for your consent for a service that we do not provide.

Personal data is shared only with the company SC IWS HUBITALL SRL who administers the site and with whom we have confidentiality clauses in the contract, according to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data.
In the event that state institutions, with a legal right to request personal data, require us to share data with them, we will notify you to inform you about this aspect.
How long we keep your data
If you leave a message, its metadata is kept indefinitely. This way we can automatically recognize and approve all subsequent messages instead of holding them in a queue for moderation.
For users (if any) who register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can view, edit or delete their personal information at any time (but cannot change their username). Website administrators can also view and edit this information.
The data stored in our database from reservations and subscriptions will be deleted after a maximum period of 3 years or within a maximum of 12 hours from the date of your request sent by email.
What rights do you have over your data?
If you have an account or have left messages on this website, you can request to receive an export file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also ask us to delete any personal data we hold about you. This does not include all data that we are required to retain for administrative, legal or security purposes.
