The duathlon competition consists of three events: running, cycling and running. These events take place without interruption, being linked to each other by transitions which, in turn, are timed. The final time of the competitor will be calculated from the moment of starting until crossing the finish line, after completing all three events.


It takes place in the downtown area, on sidewalks and in the cool alleys of parks. Supporters have many locations and opportunities where they can support and encourage the young competitors.


For the bike route, the boulevards are closed to car traffic during the competition and allow for the organization of an excellent cycling route, with both technical turns and speed sections.
